A little about myself.....
I was born and raised on the North Shore and have lived in either North or West Vancouver my whole life. A career in Real estate was a natural progression for me and frankly a family business, as both my grandfather and mother were Realtors and my brother is a successful Realtor.
Prior to joining Sotheby's in West Vancouver, I had a successful business developement career in the green energy sector. I honed and perfected my negotiation skills in this industry and was repsonsible for acquiring numerous long-term contracts with some of North America's largest power companies.
In my first year as Realtor I was the top new agent in my office and received a "Director's award" for outstanding sales achievements. I am currently pursuing my associate broker/managing broker license.

I truly do know how to price a home better than most Realtors and my colleagues come to me for advice on list prices.
